Some of the latest things I have been working on is the 97 Lola indy car that I am restoring. Take a look at the picture pages and thumbnails to see the progerss. If you have parts let me know. 08/12/053 I am still looking for parts for the 97 Lola and have had much success. See the link to see the progress. In June I acquired a Wind Tunnel Model which is quite unique(see pict). To finish off the year I started a valve cover collection and to make it interesting I am only collecting race car covers (see pict). 2006 looks interesting and I have some new projects in the works which I will update later.
The 1992 Lola Indy Car
This is a 1992 lola indy car that ran at the indy 500. It ran in 1993 as a practice car for Scott Brayton and Raul Boesel as #22T and 9T. It did not run in the race. It is complete with a Pi dash and a dummy Ford Cosworth engine. I have removed the engine in preperation to put anothe engine in it. I made a coffee table from the engine.
